Frequently Asked Questions
Looking for answers about how Embright works and what makes it different than other health plans? We're here to help.
A Clinically Integrated Network is a group of like-minded physicians, clinicians and provider organizations who share a commitment to work together—to improve the quality and coordination of care; raise clinical outcomes through system-wide improvements; enhance the individual member experience and reduce unnecessary costs. All of which results in better value for our members.
More than just a network of contracted providers, Embright is a group of clinicians who’ve chosen to work together in deeply collaborative ways to improve the way healthcare is delivered. Together and individually, they hold themselves accountable to specific quality and financial goals which are achieved through system-wide innovations and collective sharing of insight and best practices. The result is an alternative to healthcare as usual—with better communication between providers, exceptional clinical outcomes, a better experience for members and fewer unnecessary costs.
Embright offers most every type of medical care you could need or want— from pediatric to geriatric care, simple to complex, and everything in between. Specialty care offerings include the only Level 1 trauma center in the Northwest, exceptional cardiac care and cancer treatment options, comprehensive mental health care and much more.
Healthcare can be confusing and frustrating. Embright Care Navigators help by working with members one-on-one, providing support and guidance to help you get answers you need, so you can focus on what’s really important—getting and staying healthy.
Embright’s vast network of specialists provide most every medical service. If there’s a case where outside care is needed, we’ll work with you to find the appropriate resources.
Embright members have access to all appropriate medications. We will work with your employer or plan sponsor to determine how best to structure costs for your medications.
At Embright, we believe prevention is the best way to ensure health, so our plans cover most of the cost of preventive care visits, such as well-child checks. If you are an enrolled member and have specific questions about the cost of any visits, please contact one of our care navigators to get your questions answered.
